New & Improved Features in Q4 2025 & Q1 2026
  1. New App functionality including: Biometric facial recognition, push notifications, forgot my password on the App, "Right to be Forgotten" on the App, and Save Draft.
  2. Zoom on Graphs for presentation at live meetings.
  3. New Matrix on Plant & Equipment, plus automatically include documentation on affected vehicles & people on an accident report.
  4. Ability to exclude certain modules from the automated Periodic Risk Report notifications.
  5. New "Areas" Module, allowing you to subdivide your locations.
  6. Work Schedules.
  7. Alternative Text for Multilingual Capability (Prompted with AI Translations).
  8. Download all uploaded documents by a Subcontractor in a simple click. (In case you need to send them to a third party).
  9. Integrations and APIs with Fieldaware.
  10. Clock in on Jobs, Who is on Site? (In case of emergencies) & New Matrix in Jobs Module with the functionality to export the matrix in PDF.
  11. Compliance Graphs on the APP Dashboard, SSWP Module with pictorial based forms, & RAMS Module.
  12. Toolbox Talks Module.
  13. Courses/Inductions can now be segregated between direct employees or subcontractor employees in locations, Projects & departments.
  14. AFR & LTFIR are now available (In addition to DART & TRIR).
  15. Delay subcontractor non compliance for the next X number of days, so we can give some time to our subcontractors to upload.
  16. Lesson Version Control & History on the LMS.
  17. Third dimension Graphs on Vehicles (Vehicles by Type by Form by Inspection Status).
